Substrate should be clean, free from dirt, dust, and all loosely adhering particles. Cement-based surfaces should be thoroughly saturated with water to achieve surface saturated dry condition. All cracks larger than 1mm should be filled with cement base concrete repair Steel surface should be grit blasted then clean by solvent and kept to dry.
To achieve optimal waterproofing performance, begin by applying AW Primer to ensure proper surface preparation and enhanced adhesion.
Once the primer has cured, apply the first coat of AW to establish a strong and uniform base membrane. In areas susceptible to movement, tearing, or higher substrate porosity, embed a reinforcement layer of fiber mesh or 120gsm geo-textile at corners, joints, and critical angles for added strength.
After reinforcement, apply the final coat of AW at a uniform thickness of 0.6–0.7 mm to achieve complete and seamless coverage.
For improved durability and extended service life, an additional protective top coat may be applied where required.

It is recommended to store all materials in a cool, dry, and covered location, as exposure to freezing temperatures can render the material unsuitable for use. When stored correctly, AW has a shelf life of at least 24 months
AW should not be used directly on gypsum or gypsum board or under conditions of Continuous immersion unless advised otherwise by the manufacturer and under specific conditions.
